I’m so happy to provide my most enthusiastic recommendation of Courtney and Arrange South Shore. Courtney is the only organizer that my company works with and recommends. She is professional, respectful and sensitive to the client’s needs. Her background and training as a social worker allow her to understand how difficult it can be for many people to let go of their possessions. Her pricing is reasonable and fair. She is easy to work with as a counterpart to my junk removal company and her follow-through is flawless. We have worked together on many “hoarding” cases, which are always difficult and often disgusting. She never shows any judgement or disdain for people in this situation, treating the person and their belongings with respect. Every client that I have referred Courtney to has been extremely satisfied and enjoyed working with her.

Downsizing Assistance
Kind Client

Downsizing after 24 years is a daunting and emotional task. We could not have done it without Courtney’s gentle guidance, patience and understanding. Oh, she is also strong as an ox. It amazes me how much she is able to accomplish in such a short period of time. Thank you, Courtney!

Projects Made Easier
Long-time Client

I have done several projects with Courtney.  I could not have done any of them alone.  Courtney has a creative vision to solve any issue.  She is patient and has a way with people that have a hard time parting with things (like myself).  She asks questions that make the answer come easily.
I am thrilled with my bedroom closet results.  She also helped with organizing my basement as well as an upstairs den. Her suggestions and demeanour make her very desirable to work with! I can’t wait to start my next project with her!

Making Downsizing Desirable
Happy Client

Courtney is professional and efficient. Helped me with downsizing to prepare my home for the market. Respectful of my illness, she did all the carrying and lifting. Organizing household items and clothes into categories of, keep, donate,  and trash. Then moving the appropriate ones to the garage for disposal. Always very motivated and goal-oriented.

Trouble With Organization
After Loss Of Spouse
Support For Decluttering

My husband had passed away from cancer 6 months prior to when I decided my house needed help and I was just too sad and lost to do it on my own (also I’m horrible at space planning so organization has never been one of my strong points). I went online looked for someone who lived on the South Shore and found Courtney’s company, Arrange South Shore. To be totally honest, I was still reeling from losing my husband and I don’t remember what it was that made me choose her company but I am SO grateful I did. The 1st time Courtney came to my house, she did a walk through with me so I could show her what I wanted to be done. I was nervous because I had really let things pile up since my husband passed but she was 100% judgement-free. She knew because of my loss (& my tears) that it was going to be an emotional as well as physical job for us both & she was still willing to help. I knew from her comforting presence, kind heart and positivity that she was going to be perfect for the job.

Courtney has so much energy, without being overpowering. She says because I’m a paying client she wants to work every minute she’s here. And she sure does! I had an old wooden closet unit that was in pieces that she carried to the basement from the 2nd floor all by herself! And it took about 5 trips… of heavy wood!!! She keeps me going when sadness tries to overtake me and keeps my spirits high. And she does it while teaching me how to organize and stay organized! My upstairs has not been this clean, spacious & put together since my husband and I bought this house 17 years ago. Since she’s been working with me, my Dad has sadly passed away from Alzheimer’s. Courtney goes above and beyond by checking in with me between appts to make sure I’m holding up ok. I am so grateful for her talent, her spirit & now her friendship. And what used overwhelm and cause me anxiety, trying to organize my disorganized house, I now look forward to because I know Courtney will be there helping me the whole way. My mom, sister & daughter believe she’s a Godsend and I do too!
