WHAT ARE THE FEES?

  • In most cases, our work is based on an hourly rate
  • Most jobs have a 3 hour minimum
  • After our free initial consultation, a proposal will be written with an estimation of time frame and cost.

WILL YOU MAKE ME THROW THINGS AWAY?

  • It will be your choice on what you keep. However we ask the questions that will help you make the best decision for your needs.

IS THERE ANYTHING YOU NEED ME TO DO BEFORE YOU BEGIN?

  • Think about which areas you would like to work on. I often recommend the area which bothers you the most, is a great place to begin! We can work together to make it a place you love again!

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

  • We want you happy. We are confident in the work we do and before leaving the job, we ask for your feedback. If not 100% happy, we work together until you are!

HOW DO YOU HANDLE CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY?

  • We are sensitive that these are your belongings and your home and we respect that
  • We are licensed and insured, that is our assurance to you that we are a credible Massachusetts business operation.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH UNWANTED ITEMS?

  • After we have worked together to decide what you would like to keep, we donate to a number of local charities.
  • We host estate, tag and garage sales.
